I attended a local church auction, this treat was one of the star items. 6 mini loaves of this bread was sold at the event. So I knew I better hunt down the original recipe... here is!

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
2 medium eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup bananas
1/2 cup nuts

How To Make sour cream banana bread

Step 1

Grease pas. Use 1 lrg, 2 sm)

Step 2

Cream together Butter sugar,sugar, vanilla
Step 3

Add Dry ingredients
Step 4

then bananas nuts and sour cream
Step 5

Mix throughly, mix well
Step 6

Bake @ 350 for an hr small loaves take 45 mins
