I attended a local church auction, this treat was one of the star items. 6 mini loaves of this bread was sold at the event. So I knew I better hunt down the original recipe... here is!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2 medium
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    bananas
  • 1/2 c
    nuts

How to Make Sour cream banana bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Grease pas. Use 1 lrg, 2 sm)
  2. Cream together Butter sugar,sugar, vanilla
  3. Add Dry ingredients
  4. then bananas nuts and sour cream
  5. Mix throughly, mix well
  6. Bake @ 350 for an hr small loaves take 45 mins
