- 1 cup warm water (110-115 degrees)
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
How To Make homemade honey wheat bread

Step 1combine first 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add flours and yeast.

Step 2Knead till dough is smooth and elastic 10-15 minutes by hand or 6-7 minutes in a mixer

Step 3place dough in a greased bowl, turning once. Cover and let rise till doubles 40-60 minutes

Step 4Punch down dough, knead a few minutes and form loaf. Place in a greased loaf pan, cover and let rise addtional 30 minutes Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
