How to Make Homemade Honey Wheat Bread
- combine first 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add flours and yeast.
- Knead till dough is smooth and elastic
10-15 minutes by hand or 6-7 minutes in a mixer
- place dough in a greased bowl, turning once. Cover and let rise till doubles 40-60 minutes
- Punch down dough, knead a few minutes and form loaf. Place in a greased loaf pan, cover and let rise addtional 30 minutes
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
