This is a signature banana bread filled with seeds instead of nuts. It can make two smaller loaves or one very full loaf. add a glaze if you wish but we never do. Great as a snack, or as breakfast in those days when everyone is running.
1Grease and flour either one large loaf pan or two.
pour into the pan or pans and bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes if one pan and about 45 for two pans. top should be starting to brown and not wet when a tooth pick is inserted.
