Ingredients
- 2 cups rice & quinoa flour
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 cup honey
- 2 - overripe bananas
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 - squares semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

Step 1Per serving (1/8th of loaf) Calories: 450 Fat: 14g *saturated:1, trans:0* Carbohydrate: 82g Protein: 5g Fibre: 5g

Step 2Pre-set oven to 350 Degrees

Step 3Scoop 2 cups of the rice and quinoa blend (I used TruRoots Organic Gluten Free Sprouted rice and Quinoa blend) into a blender, and blend on high until consistency of flour.

Step 4In a mixing bowl, blend avocado and banana until pureed. Add in honey, baking soda, baking powder, salt, lemon juice, and vegetable oil.

Step 5In separate bowl, sift together rice/quinoa flour and cocoa powder.

Step 6While mixer is on low, gradually add flour mixture until well combined.

Step 7Stir in chocolate chips. Spread batter in greased loaf pan.

Step 8Bake for 45-50 minutes depending on your oven.
