2 1/2 cself rising flour
1 cwhite sugar
2 Tbspvegetable oil
1 cchopped cranberries
1peeled, cored and chopped apple
1 bananapeeled and mashed
How to Make CRANAPANA BREAD
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 by 5 inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the flour and sugar. Add the oil, milk and eggs, mix well until blended. Stir in the cranberries, bananas, and apples. Mix until fruit is evenly distributed. Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven until a toothpick or knife inserted comes out clean.
