    In a small bowl combine the cinnamon and sugar and nut Stir and set aside 1. in a large bowl combine yeast, salt, sugar, water oil, 2. Begin rolling the dough from one end . rolling it into a log. trim the ends of the log if you desire and begin cutting the log about 1 in. to 1 1/2 in. apart. place the rolls in a greased 9×13 pan Bake @ 365 Degrees F. for 15 to 20 minutes
