Ingredients
- 2 large bananas
- 1 1/2 cups sugar (natural is best)
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon water
How To Make banana fritters

Step 1In a small bowl, mash the bananas.

Step 2Add all ingredients and mix together.

Step 3In a small frying pan, heat oil over low heat. Drop small spoonfuls of batter into the pan and fry until golden brown. Makes 4 servings, depending on the size of each spoonful of batter.
