keto dill rye bread

Been trying to make a great low carb bread for a long time. A lot of wasted ingredients. What I miss most about low carb, is a slice of rye toast. Not anymore! I finally got this right. And now that I did, I'll be able to use this recipe for other bread, including sweet breads.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk from can
  • 3 eggs, whisked
  • 1 tablespoon each dill weed & caraway seeds

How To Make keto dill rye bread

  • Step 1
    In a medium size bowl mix all Your dry ingredients, except dill and caraway.
  • Step 2
    Next add all the wet ingredients and mix well. After mixed add dill and caraway seed on top.
  • Step 3
    In a greased 9in. Bread pan. Pour mix in and spread evenly. I like to add some more caraway seeds.
  • Step 4
    Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove and let cool before slicing
  • Step 5
    Slice into 16 thin slices (Great for toasting) or 8 thicker slices. Thick slice 5 carb or 2 thin slices. I enjoyed My first slice slightly still warm with butter. Sooo good!
