keto dill rye bread
Been trying to make a great low carb bread for a long time. A lot of wasted ingredients. What I miss most about low carb, is a slice of rye toast. Not anymore! I finally got this right. And now that I did, I'll be able to use this recipe for other bread, including sweet breads.

Ingredients
- 3 cups almond flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut milk from can
- 3 eggs, whisked
- 1 tablespoon each dill weed & caraway seeds
How To Make keto dill rye bread

Step 1In a medium size bowl mix all Your dry ingredients, except dill and caraway.

Step 2Next add all the wet ingredients and mix well. After mixed add dill and caraway seed on top.

Step 3In a greased 9in. Bread pan. Pour mix in and spread evenly. I like to add some more caraway seeds.

Step 4Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove and let cool before slicing

Step 5Slice into 16 thin slices (Great for toasting) or 8 thicker slices. Thick slice 5 carb or 2 thin slices. I enjoyed My first slice slightly still warm with butter. Sooo good!
