How to Make Grandma Dailey's Yeast Rolls
- Mix Sugar, Salt and Shortening in a bowl and add Scalded Milk. Cool to lukewarm and add yeast and stir until dissolved. Add flour and mix well.
- Cover bowl and let dough rise until double. Kneed dough on board with flour and add more as you work it. Roll the dough into small balls and place on greased baking sheet, cover and let rise again until doubled.
- Bake at 350 degrees until the rolls are golden brown.
