Seems like a lot of cooks are unnessarly intimated by making breads.. This recipe is very easy and forgiving.

Ingredients
-
1 cwarm water (not hot)
-
1 1/2 Tbspyeast
-
MIX AND SET ASIDE.. THIS IS YOUR WET MIXTURE.
-
2 Tbspbutter, unsalted,melted
-
2 Tbspsugar
-
1egg
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 cpulp from cooled baked potatoe
-
MIX UNTIL SMOOTH... THEN ADD WET MIXTURE AND MIX WELL THEN ADD:

3-4 c(ap) flour, a little at a time
-
ADD FLOUR (1/2 C. AT A TIME )UNTIL DOUGH FORMS AND IS SLIGHTLY STICKEY

TURN OUT ON FLOURED SURFACE AND KNEED JUST UNTIL NO LONGER STICKEY, SMOOTH, AND SPRINGS BACK WHEN POKED.

DIVIDE INTO 16 PIECES AND ROLL INTO ROUNDS, WITH CUPPED PALM AGAINST HARD SURFACE.

PUT ON BUTTERED BAKING SHEET(S)... ALLOW TO DOUBLE IN A WARM PLACE
-
ONCE RISEN, BRUSH WITH ADDITIONAL BUTTER

BAKE IN A PREHEATED 400* FOR 13 TO 15 MIN .
