Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 - egg yolk
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

How To Make candi's sesame burger buns

  • Step 1
    warm milk to 115* add egg yolk, oil, yeast and brown sugar add flour and salt Mix thoroughly cover with plastic wrap and let rise in warm place for 1 hour
  • Step 2
    punch down dough and knead for about 5 minutes on floured surface. Separate & shape into 10 buns for hamburgers.
  • Step 3
    place on greased cookie shet, cover with clean towel and let rise for 30 minutes or doubled in size Bake in 350* oven for about 15-20 minutes Brush with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds Slice and serve with burgers
