  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1
    egg yolk
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    active dry yeast
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
  • 3 c
    bread flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame seeds

How to Make Candi's sesame burger buns


  1. warm milk to 115*
    add egg yolk, oil, yeast and brown sugar
    add flour and salt
    Mix thoroughly cover with plastic wrap and let rise in warm place for 1 hour
  2. punch down dough and knead for about 5 minutes on floured surface. Separate & shape into 10 buns for hamburgers.
  3. place on greased cookie shet, cover with clean towel and let rise for 30 minutes or doubled in size
    Bake in 350* oven for about 15-20 minutes
    Brush with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds
    Slice and serve with burgers
