1 1/2 c
milk
2 Tbsp
vegetable oil
1
egg yolk
2 1/2 tsp
active dry yeast
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
1 tsp
salt
3 c
bread flour
1 Tbsp
sesame seeds

How to Make Candi's sesame burger buns

Step-by-Step

  • 1warm milk to 115*
    add egg yolk, oil, yeast and brown sugar
    add flour and salt
    Mix thoroughly cover with plastic wrap and let rise in warm place for 1 hour
  • 2punch down dough and knead for about 5 minutes on floured surface. Separate & shape into 10 buns for hamburgers.
  • 3place on greased cookie shet, cover with clean towel and let rise for 30 minutes or doubled in size
    Bake in 350* oven for about 15-20 minutes
    Brush with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds
    Slice and serve with burgers
