I let the bread machine do most of the work on this one! They are wonderful with any meal. I have to use all 3 bread machines for these on holidays!!

1 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons oil
1 - egg yolk
3 cups bread flour
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
1 1/2 teaspoons salt

How To Make candy's dinner rolls

Step 1

Put ingredients in bread machine in order listed, select dough cycle. when finished take dough out of pan, seperate into 12 rolled dough balls and set in greased muffin pan. cover and let rise for 30 minutes. When doubled in size bake in oven at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
