- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1/3 cup almonds
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 tablespoon fresh clover honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, kosher variety

Step 1PREP/PREPARE

Step 2Gather your Ingredients (mise en place).

Step 3Place a rack in the middle position, and preheat the oven to 350f (175c).

Step 4Add the pumpkin seeds, walnuts, flax, chia seeds, and almonds to a food processor, fitted with an S-blade. Then use 1-second pulses until the ingredients are ground and uniform.

Step 5Add the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and mix to combine.

Step 6Add the eggs, almond milk, olive oil, honey, vinegar and salt, and mix, using 1-second pulses, until thoroughly combined.

Step 7Place some parchment paper into a standard loaf pan.

Step 8Add the mixture, and top with some additional pumpkin seeds.

Step 9Place in the preheated oven, and bake until the bread is golden brown, about 40 – 45 minutes.

Step 10Chef's Tip: To tell if the bread is cooked through, stick a toothpick into the center... It should come out clean.
