I had ran of pineapple so decided to try apples instead. May you be as peasantly surprised as I am with the taste.

Ingredients
- 2 medium eggs
- 1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup carrot
- 1/2 cup water or milk
- 1 medium apple
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
How To Make a+carrot bread

Step 1Peel & cube cut apples. Place in saucepan w/ water, coconut oil, br.sugar. Simmer until bubbly.

Step 2Mix dry ingredients then add eggs into center next add flavoring, milk. Stir. Fold together until moist.

Step 3Pour cooked sweetened carrots & Apples into mixture. Mix well. Bake batter into a loaf on 350 " pan for 60 minutes. Cool, slice, serve. Is Good for any occasion.
