How to Make Yorkshire Pudding/Popovers
- 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 2Have all ingredients at room temperature. Mix together.
- 3FOR POPOVERS: Preheat greased muffin tin. Remove and fill with batter. Return to oven and bake 35-40 minutes until slightly brown and puffy. Will rise over the top of pan.
- 4FOR YORKSHIRE PUDDING: Pour into preheated and greased 8 x 8 baking pan. Bake until slightly brown. Will puff up in oven and then settle when removed from oven.
