Makes 2 9x5 in Loaves
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons yeast
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 3 cups water
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 3 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make whole wheat bread

Step 1Add 1 cup water to yeast and sugar mixture. I use jar yeast. Leave set for 10 minutes to foam up.

Step 2Add2 cups Whole Wheat flour to your bowl addthe other 2 cups water. Leave set for 15 minutes to soften the whole wheat flour. I also add the Flax seeds, oil and salt. After i5 minutes are up add 2 cups all purpose flour and stir. If still to soft add 1 more cup of flour. I also partially knead the last half cup in .

Step 3Place flou on counter or cutting board and put the dough on the flour, leave the dough set for 20 minutes. This helps the flour in the dough to set up. Then I knead it for 8to 10 minutes. Place in a greased bowl turn over once to grease top and let rise until double. Once ihas rose punch down cut in half and shape into loaves. Place in to bread pan and let rise again until.double. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
