My co-worker brought this to work yesterday. I had to have the recipe. It is on the side of the "King Arthur" Whole Wheat flour bag.

Ingredients
- 2 cups ripe banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup king arthur whole wheat flour
- 1 cup king arthur unbleached all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
How To Make whole wheat banana bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9" x 5" loaf pan.

Step 2In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add oil, sugar (1 Cup), eggs, milk and vanilla. Stir to combine.

Step 3Mix in the flours, baking soda, baking powder, salt and chopped walnuts. Scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl to thoroughly combine ingredients.

Step 4Transfer the batter into the prepared pan. Mix together the of sugar (2 Tablespoons) and cinnamon and sprinkler over the batter.

Step 5Bake in preheated oven for about 60 minutes until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes then tip out of the pan and transfer to a rack to cool completely
