this recipe is a veggie only. but i sometimes add cooked and drained ground meat, or sliced Italian sausage,or slice meatballs, pepperoni with a little red sauce is great too. have fun this is a great recipe to put together with the kids let them add their own items.

okay, first you need one large long cookie sheet lightly greased. Crisco olive oil spray is my go to. sprinkle pan with a little onion powder and parmesan cheese. not to much because you don't want it to burn.
  • 3
now on cutting board spread out your dough, stretch it slightly all the way around but don't tear it. by spraying your cutting board with the olive oil you will keep it from sticking to the board and will give the parmesan cheese something to stick to making for a more flavorful dough. for one large cal-zone just start adding your items to the center, making sure you save some space all the way around the dough to fold over.
  • 4
now to make more than one cal-zone you just need to follow the above steps except cut dough in to two halves or for smaller ones(children size) cut into four, stretch dough and fill as above.
  • 5
being careful not to over stretch or over fill. you can mix cheese or use shredded. this recipe is really kid friendly.

FOR A DESSERT CAL-ZONE TRY THE FOLLOWING.CUTTING DOUGH INTO FOUR EQUAL PARTS, ADD 2 TABLE SPOONS OF THE FOLLOWING. 1/2 CUP APPLE,CHERRY OR BLUEBERRY PIE FILLING, 2 TABLE SPOONS CREAM CHEESE BREAK INTO FOUR PIECES AND SPREAD OUT ON DOUGH CAREFULLY AS NOT TO TEAR DOUGH. FOLD OVER THE FOUR CORNERS FIRST THEN OVER LAP EACH OF THE SIDES TO FORM SMALL PILLOWS. BAKE FOR 10-15 MINUTES TILL DOUGH IS A GOLDEN BROWN. BRUSH WITH MELTED BUTTER AND SPRINKLE WITH WHITE SUGAR AND CINNAMON.BAKE FOR 5 MINUTES MORE TILL CARAMELIZED BE CAREFUL NOT TO BURN PILLOW.

BAKE BOTH THE CAL-ZONE AND DESSERT CAL-ZONE AT THE PACKAGE DIRECTIONS TEMP. ENJOY.
