Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound double smoked ham,sliced
  • 1/4 pound hard salami, sliced
  • 1/4 pound provolone cheese,sliced
  • 1/4 pound mozzarella cheese,sliced
  • 1 clove garlic,crushed
  • 1/2 - green bell pepper,chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 package pizza dough

How To Make stromboli

  • Step 1
    Follow directions on package for pizza dough.(or make your own). Roll out pizza dough.Brush with olive oil and spread garlic on top.
  • Step 2
    Layer on top smoked ham,provolone,green pepper(optional),salami and mozzarella.
  • Step 3
    Roll dough with all ingredients into a large log.Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and let stand 10 -15 minutes. Bake 25-30 minutes in preheat oven to 375 degrees,or until golden brown.Let cool for 5 minutes and slice.
