Ingredients
- 1/4 pound double smoked ham,sliced
- 1/4 pound hard salami, sliced
- 1/4 pound provolone cheese,sliced
- 1/4 pound mozzarella cheese,sliced
- 1 clove garlic,crushed
- 1/2 - green bell pepper,chopped (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 package pizza dough
How To Make stromboli

Step 1Follow directions on package for pizza dough.(or make your own). Roll out pizza dough.Brush with olive oil and spread garlic on top.

Step 2Layer on top smoked ham,provolone,green pepper(optional),salami and mozzarella.

Step 3Roll dough with all ingredients into a large log.Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and let stand 10 -15 minutes. Bake 25-30 minutes in preheat oven to 375 degrees,or until golden brown.Let cool for 5 minutes and slice.
