strawberry bread
A very good friend of mine gave me this recipe for strawberry bread years ago. I love it because I can use frozen strawberries when they are out of season! The bread is the best flavor and moist like you read about! I hope you all enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 3 - eggs
- 2 cups frozen strawberries, thawed with juice
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 cup walnuts, or pecans chopped (optional)
- 1-2 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make strawberry bread

Step 1Cream sugar, oil, eggs. Add flour, soda, salt, nuts, cinnamon, adding strawberries with the juice last.

Step 2Pour into greased bread pans.

Step 3Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Step 4Let cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Let cool another 15 minutes. Wrap in tin foil and let cool completly.

Step 5This bread also freezes beautifully. So you can eat one and freeze the other, or give it away so you can make more!
