- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup raisins
How To Make scones

Step 1Mix together flour, salt, cream of tartar and baking soda. Blend in butter and sugar. Stir in egg and raisins. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
