How to Make Sandy Eaton Rolls
- In a 2 cup measuring cup beat 2 eggs, then finish filling cup with hot tap water. Put flour in bowl with yeast, salt and sugar. Pour egg mixture and melted lard/oil over flour mixture and mix well. Add 3 to 4 cups flour and mix. Knead on floured pastry sheet. Turn bowl over top of dough and let it rise. Knead and mold into rolls rise again in pan. Bake at 350 degrees. Makes 2-9"plates
- You can also make this into 2 loaves of bread.
