My mom has been making these rolls for years! They may look like a muffin, but taste like fresh-baked yeast bread that I have a hard time resisting. Add a little butter while they're hot, and they melt in your mouth! Mmmmm good.

How to Make Refrigerator Yeast Rolls

Step-by-Step

  1. Dissolve yeast in water.
  2. Add, sugar, butter and beaten egg.
  3. Stir in four. Mix well. (The dough will be stiff and lumpy.)
  4. Refrigerate at least 2 hrs. or overnight.
  5. Fill lightly greased muffin tins half full.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
