Ingredients

2 cwater, lukewarm

1 pkgactive dry yeast

1 1/2 stickbutter, softened

1/4 csugar
-
1egg, beaten

4 cself rising flour
How to Make Refrigerator Yeast Rolls
- Dissolve yeast in water.
- Add, sugar, butter and beaten egg.
- Stir in four. Mix well. (The dough will be stiff and lumpy.)
- Refrigerate at least 2 hrs. or overnight.
- Fill lightly greased muffin tins half full.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
