How to Make NO PEEK DUMPLING'S
- LARGE POT add 2 cups water, 2 cups broth and 1/2 cup butter, HEAT on medium. Salt and pepper to taste.
- BOWL, BLEND salt, flour, and shortening until it looks like cornmeal.
- SLOWLY ADD ice water until it makes dough.
- ROLL out and cut into squares.
ADD to broth, turn heat down to simmer.
COOK 15 minutes, with lid on, DO NOT OPEN LID.
