Ingredients For multi grain pizza dough

  • 1 1/2 c
    water (hot tap)
  • 1/2 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    flax seed (may use 1/4 flax seed, 1/4 crushed walnuts)
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 c
    wheat flour
  • 1 3/4 tsp
    active dry yeast

How To Make multi grain pizza dough

  • 1
    Add wet ingredients into bread pan, then dry ones putting yeast in last, make sure it doesn't touch the water. Run on dough cycle.

    Once dough cycle is complete and dough has risen, roll out to thickness desired. This is great cooked on the grill, it actually handles better than regular pizza dough.
