How To Make multi grain bread
-
Step 1Grease 8x4 loaf pan. Set aside. Combine first nine ingredients into a large mixer bowl.
-
Step 2Proof yeast using 1/2 c warm water, agave and yeast. You know its ready when its all foamy. Reserve the other 1/2 cup water for later.
-
Step 3In a smaller bowl whisk eggs, molasses, oil and vinegar.
-
Step 4Add wet ingredients to the flour mixture except the water. On low speed mix 4 minutes. Add the water as needed. The batter should look like heavy cake batter.
-
Step 5Spoon into prepared pan. Cover with either plastic wrap or damp towel. Let rise 15-30 minutes depending how cool your kitchen is. Preheat oven to 375 while waiting. Ready to be put in oven when it is level with top of pan.
-
Step 6Bake 60 minutes. Cover with foil after 20 minutes to prevent over browning. When done let cool 40 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!!!!!!
