1/4 c
chia seed flour
1/4 c
1/4 c
sorghum flour
1/4 c
millet flour
1/4 c
buckwheat flour
1 c
g/f flour mix (whichever you prefer)
1 tsp
unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 tsp
xantham or guar gum
1/2 tsp
1 c
warm water
1 Tbsp
agave syrup
1 Tbsp
2 1/4 tsp
active dry yeast
3 large
3 Tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
apple cider vinegar

How to Make Multi Grain Bread


  • 1Grease 8x4 loaf pan. Set aside.
    Combine first nine ingredients into a large mixer bowl.
  • 2Proof yeast using 1/2 c warm water, agave and yeast. You know its ready when its all foamy. Reserve the other 1/2 cup water for later.
  • 3In a smaller bowl whisk eggs, molasses, oil and vinegar.
  • 4Add wet ingredients to the flour mixture except the water. On low speed mix 4 minutes. Add the water as needed. The batter should look like heavy cake batter.
  • 5Spoon into prepared pan. Cover with either plastic wrap or damp towel. Let rise 15-30 minutes depending how cool your kitchen is.
    Preheat oven to 375 while waiting.
    Ready to be put in oven when it is level with top of pan.
  • 6Bake 60 minutes. Cover with foil after 20 minutes to prevent over browning.
    When done let cool 40 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!!!!!!
