Ingredients

3 large
eggs
1 c
canola oil
1 1/2 c
packed brown sugar
1 c
grated zucchini
1 c
grated carrot
2 tsp
vanilla
2 1/2 c
flour
1/2 c
bran flakes
1 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
powder baking
1 tsp
salt
3 tsp
cinnamon
1 c
chopped nuts

Step-By-Step

1cream together eggs,oil,zucchini,carrots,and vanilla.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into a greased loaf pan.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
