Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups self-rising corn meal
  • 1 cup cream style corn
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2-5 - jalapeno peppers-chopped

How To Make mexican corn bread

  • Step 1
    mix all ingreds., and bake 400 for 35-45 min.
  • Step 2
    Note: make sure you wash your hands real good after chopping the peppers.
