    self-rising corn meal
  • 1 c
    cream style corn
  • 1 c
    shredded cheese
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 c
    chopped onion
  • 3/4 c
    oil
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 2-5
    jalapeno peppers-chopped

How to Make Mexican Corn Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. mix all ingreds., and bake 400 for 35-45 min.
  2. Note: make sure you wash your hands real good after chopping the peppers.
