How to Make Lisa's Zucchini Bread

  1. Preheat Oven to 350. Grease 2 loaf pans well and set aside. Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Beat until pale and fluffy. Stir in flour and the rest of the dry ingredients, batter will be thick, fold in Zucchini and nuts. Divide equally between the 2 loaf pans. Bake for 50-60 minutes or till tooth pick comes out clean. Cool and Enjoy.
NOTE: You can also add 1/2 cup raisins if you want, I dont care for raisins so I don't add them.
