Love cornbread just about any way you fix it, but this is great its really moist.

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes small boxes cornbead mix
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 5 - eggs, use 5 whites and 2 yolks
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 package frozen chopped broccoli (10 oz.)

How To Make jiffy broccoli cornbread

  • Step 1
    Mix all together with spoon. Pour into large greased baking dish. Or 2 8 x 8 dishes
  • Step 2
    Bake at 400 for 40 minutes. Serve hot.
