Love cornbread just about any way you fix it, but this is great its really moist.

Ingredients
- 2 boxes small boxes cornbead mix
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 5 - eggs, use 5 whites and 2 yolks
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 package frozen chopped broccoli (10 oz.)

Step 1Mix all together with spoon. Pour into large greased baking dish. Or 2 8 x 8 dishes

Step 2Bake at 400 for 40 minutes. Serve hot.
