This recipes comes from a old friend,she died about 8 year ago..I found it a few months ago.I hope you enjoy it as much as I did

Ingredients
- 3 cups bread flour or all purpose
- 1 2/3 cups water
- 1 1/2 - teaspoon salt
- 1/4 - teaspoon active dry yeast (heaping i use saf)
- 3 teaspoons vital wheat gluten-option

Step 1Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl,then add the water ,stir with a wooden spoon till water is absorbed.Cover for 12 to 24 hours

Step 2Take out of bowl ,dump the dough and shape on Heavy Flour board, let rest 30 minuets .Cover with clean cloth

Step 3Start oven at 425, Heat Baking Dish are so 10 minuets before in oven .When you are ready put the bread on the hot baking pan are baking with stone and bake for app.30 minutes or until loaf is hollow.Take out and rest 30 ,then cut .Store covered up
