Individual Flour Tortilla Pizza
I used ingredients I already had, and lunch was ready in about 15 minutes.
2 tspvegetable oil
1/2 csliced red onion
1/2 cgreen bell pepper, chopped
1/4 tsporegano, dried
1/8 tspgarlic powder
1/2 cshredded mozzarella cheese
How to Make Individual Flour Tortilla Pizza
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
- Heat oil in skillet, saute onion and green pepper until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Place tortilla on an ungreased baking sheet. Top with onion mixture, oregano, garlic powder, tomato slices and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted. Keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn. Enjoy!
- NOTE: this recipe is easily doubled, or tripled, to make as many tortilla pizzas as you need.
