Sometimes you just need something quick and easy for lunch or dinner. I used ingredients I already had, and lunch was ready in about 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 - tomato sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 - flour tortilla

How To Make individual flour tortilla pizza

  • Step 1
    Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
  • Step 2
    Heat oil in skillet, saute onion and green pepper until tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Place tortilla on an ungreased baking sheet. Top with onion mixture, oregano, garlic powder, tomato slices and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted. Keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn. Enjoy!
  • Step 4
    NOTE: this recipe is easily doubled, or tripled, to make as many tortilla pizzas as you need.
