Sometimes you just need something quick and easy for lunch or dinner. I used ingredients I already had, and lunch was ready in about 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 - tomato sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 - flour tortilla
How To Make individual flour tortilla pizza

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees

Step 2Heat oil in skillet, saute onion and green pepper until tender, about 5 minutes.

Step 3Place tortilla on an ungreased baking sheet. Top with onion mixture, oregano, garlic powder, tomato slices and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted. Keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn. Enjoy!

Step 4NOTE: this recipe is easily doubled, or tripled, to make as many tortilla pizzas as you need.
