honey whole wheat bread (bread machine)
Another great one from "The Bread Lover's Cookbook" by: Elizabeth Hensberger. This bread has a lot of honey for sweetness and the combination of milk and water for tenderness. This one is a slow riser, so don't despair! This bread is best eaten the day it is baked. Again, I have tried this, and my family loves it. I have never been the least bit disappointed in the bread recipes in this book!
