- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
How To Make home-made crackers

Step 1Sift flour,sugar and salt.Work in 1/4 cups butter.Make into a dough(like pie crust)with 1 cups milk.ROLL 1/4-inch thick.Cut with large cutter.Wash milk(use pastry brush),prick with a fork and bake in hot oven.(In making these crackers the committee member didn't use a cutter but cut the dough into squares with a knife.Crackers were baked in 400-425*F.
