  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups canola oil
  • 2 cups mashed bananas
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup nuts

How To Make hawaiian banana bread

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Divide into greased (or sprayed with cooking spray) bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Makes 2 large loaves or 5 mini loaves.
