- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Divide into greased (or sprayed with cooking spray) bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Makes 2 large loaves or 5 mini loaves.
