Sherri's sammie challenge this week left me scratching my head wondering what to do. I decided on a salad similar to a broccoli salad and came up with this. Cayden and I just had it for brunch and he decided it should be called the "Sloppy Dee" after eating it. But he gave it 4 out of 5 stars, stating that the only sammie that deserves 5 stars is my tuna egg salad. LOL. It was a very good sammie, altho a lil' messy.
