gluten free white bread

I was looking on the Internet for some gluten free bread recipe and I couldn't find any.Every recipe I looked at was too complicated.So I came up with this recipe.It took me 3 times to try it. But the third time it came out right.I like it and I hope you like it too.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

How To Make gluten free white bread

  • Step 1
    Mix dry ingredients :rice flour,baking powder,sugar and salt.( I used organic brown rice flour but you can substitute white rice flour).
  • Step 2
    In separate bowl mix eggs,milk,and oil.Then mix in dry ingredients.Dough is thin,but that's how it should be.
  • Step 3
    Grease 5 by 9 inch. loaf pan.Sprinkle with corn or rice flour.Bake in preheat oven 350 degrees 40 to 50 minutes, or until lightly brown.
