How to Make Gluten Free White Bread
- Mix dry ingredients :rice flour,baking powder,sugar and salt.( I used organic brown rice flour but you can substitute white rice flour).
- In separate bowl mix eggs,milk,and oil.Then mix in dry ingredients.Dough is thin,but that's how it should be.
- Grease 5 by 9 inch. loaf pan.Sprinkle with corn or rice flour.Bake in preheat oven 350 degrees 40 to 50 minutes, or until lightly brown.
