gluten free white bread
I was looking on the Internet for some gluten free bread recipe and I couldn't find any.Every recipe I looked at was too complicated.So I came up with this recipe.It took me 3 times to try it. But the third time it came out right.I like it and I hope you like it too.

Ingredients
- 2 cups rice flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make gluten free white bread

Step 1Mix dry ingredients :rice flour,baking powder,sugar and salt.( I used organic brown rice flour but you can substitute white rice flour).

Step 2In separate bowl mix eggs,milk,and oil.Then mix in dry ingredients.Dough is thin,but that's how it should be.

Step 3Grease 5 by 9 inch. loaf pan.Sprinkle with corn or rice flour.Bake in preheat oven 350 degrees 40 to 50 minutes, or until lightly brown.
