2 cflour (1/2 white & 1/2 oat or wheat is good)
4 tspbaking powder
1 Tbsp(heaping) parmesan cheese, opt
How to Make Dumplings
- Mix dry ingredients thoroughly and add enough milk to make a stiff batter. Spoon batter into boiling broth until entire top is covered in batter. Cover with a tight fitting lid. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
- DO NOT LIFT THE LID DURING THIS TIME!!
- The dumplings come out light and fluffy!!
