When I was a little girl, my Aunt Wanda served these rolls in her restaurant. People came from all over the country to eat her wonderful home cooked meals with her famous rolls and scones. She has since passed but I still have the wonderful memories and her famous recipe.

Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup milk, warm
- 3 - eggs
- 2 packages active dry yeast (2 tbls)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water, warm
How To Make chalet inn rolls

Step 1In a bowl, combine water and yeast.

Step 2in a sauce pan or in microwave, melt butter and add milk. Heat just past warm stage but not hot.

Step 3Add sugar and salt. Then mix in eggs one at a time. Add yeast water and mix again. Slowly mix in flour then beat well.

Step 4Spray the top with cooking oil and cover saran wrap. Let rise one hour (no longer than 1.5 hours). Make into rolls and place in a greased roll/cake pan. Let rise again for about an hour.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
