- warm water(110-115 degrees)
- 1 1/2 c
- warm buttermilk(110-115 degrees)
- 1/2 c
- vegetable oil (canola)
- 3 Tbsp
- 4 1/2 c
- 1 tsp
- 1/2 tsp
Add warm buttermilk,oil,and sugar.
Combine flour, baking soda,salt.
Add to yeast mixture and beat until smooth.(in mixer with dough hooks)DO NOT KNEAD!
Let stand 10 min.
Turn dough onto a slightly floured surface. Punch down.
Shape into 24 balls and place in 2 greased 9" square baking pans.
Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled (about 30 min.)
