This is a recipe I came up with after visiting "The Bubble Room" In Orlando. Bubbly and rich, it's a great addition to any meal!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons paprika, sweet mild
- 1 - x-long french bread
How To Make bubble bread

Step 1Slice bread in half the long way and set aside.

Step 2Combine all other ingredients except the paprika.

Step 3Spread on bread and place loaves on cookie sheet.

Step 4Sprinkle paprika over filling.

Step 5Bake bread, open-faced at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Watch closely and remove when filling begins to bubble and brown. Slice and serve while hot.
