This is a recipe I came up with after visiting "The Bubble Room" In Orlando. Bubbly and rich, it's a great addition to any meal!

  • 3/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 3/4 c
  • 3 clove
    garlic, crushed
  • 3/4 c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried parsley
  • 2 tsp
    paprika, sweet mild
  • 1
    x-long french bread

How to Make Bubble Bread


  1. Slice bread in half the long way and set aside.
  2. Combine all other ingredients except the paprika.
  3. Spread on bread and place loaves on cookie sheet.
  4. Sprinkle paprika over filling.
  5. Bake bread, open-faced at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Watch closely and remove when filling begins to bubble and brown. Slice and serve while hot.
