Ingredients
- 1 - envelope(2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
- 3 tablespoons warm water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg, beaten
How To Make briohe

Step 1mix the yeast, warm water, and sugar in a food processor. let stand 15 minutes, until bubbly. add the salt, eggs, and flour to the yeast mixture and process 30 seconds to 45 seconds, With the machine still processing, add the butter in chunks and process another 30 seconds. put the dough in in a bowl cover with plastic wrap or a towel and let rise for 2 hours it should be doubled in size, push the dough down with tour fingers, cover and let rest for 4 hours. butter a 9 by 5 inch loaf pan place dough in loaf pan coated with butter and bake for about 45 minutes until puffed and golden. yummmmm
