2 tspbaking powder
3 Tbspvegetable oil
How to Make Blue Cornbread
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat an 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Blend the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- In a smaller bowl, whisk the wet ingredients and then add them to the dry ingredients. Mix well and pour into prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350°F. until pick inserted in center comes out clean. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
