Ingredients
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (or whatever you prefer)
- MIX TOGETHER AND LET STAND ABOUT 10 MINUTES THEN ADD THE FOLLOWING:
- 1/3 cup honey or sugar
- 1 - scant tablespoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups warm water or warm milk
- 3 cups barley flour
- 3 cups all purpose flour

Step 1MIX WELL AND KNEAD FOR A MINUTE OR 2, NOT TOO MUCH. LET RISE UNTIL DOUBLE. SHAPE INTO LOAVES AND LET RISE AGAIN. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 35 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE
