Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups chopped peeled apples
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
How To Make apfel kase brot (apple cheese bread)

Step 1Combine dry ingredients. Add combined eggs, milk and butter; mix well. Sir in remaining ingredients.

Step 2Spoon mixture into well greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 65 to 70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes. Remove from pan and transfer to plate.
