Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup almond paste, grated
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

How To Make almond white chocolate scones

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt together. Cut in butter with two knives or a pastry blending tool.
  • Step 2
    In another bowl, mix eggs, milk and extract. Add to flour/butter mixture, also adding the grated almond paste and white chocolate chips. Mix until no longer dry, not longer.
  • Step 3
    Form a large round and score into 8 sections. Make the scoring deep or just create mounds and bake that way. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
