I first discovered these at a church covered-dish about 30 years ago. Now it's a family favorite we serve at Thanksgiving every year.

  • 2 pkg
    active dry yeast in 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk, warmed
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 tsp
  • 4 c
    all purpose flour

How to Make 60 Minute Hot Rolls


  1. Mix ingredients and let set 15 minutes.
  2. Make into rolls; cover and let rise 15 minutes.
  3. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Brush with butter and serve hot.
