These of course would be fun with tons of other ingredients ! Some possible ideas that come to mind are (dice pretty fine of course); Canadian bacon/w pineapple tidbits, drained- sausage/ green or red bell pepper/ olives/ onions-- etc......

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup bisquick baking mix
- 1/4 cup 2 % milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mini pepperoni or regular, both diced
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce, yours or store bought
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, finely diced
How To Make mini-pepperoni pizza puffs

Step 1Preheat oven to 375^. Grease a 24 cup mini-muffin pan. In a large bowl, whisk together Bisquick and oregano; whisk in the milk and egg. Stir in the mozzarella and pepperoni; let stand for 10 minutes. Stir the batter and divide among the muffin cups. Bake until puffed and golden, 20-25 minutes. Warm the pizza sauce, then stir in 1 Tablespoon of basil. Sprinkle the puffs with the remaining basil. Serve the puffs with the sauce for dipping.
