These are the most convenient muffins ever. So easy and always on hand for that last minute breakfast treat.

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces whole box raisin bran cereal
  • 1 cup melted margarine
  • 3 cups granulated sugar or a little less
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 quart dairy buttermilk
  • 5 cups bisquick or all purpose flour
  • 5 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How To Make kitchen chatter's six weeks muffins

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl and store in an air tight container. When ready to use (DO NOT STIR THIS). Put in muffin tin, lined with cupcake liners can sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top, and bake at 400^ for 15-20 minutes. Keeps SIX weeks in refrigerator. Makes 5 dozen.
