Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 scoops maple-vanilla vegan pro (raw nutritional)
- 2 tablespoons flax meal
- 1 teaspoon baking powde
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups blueberry
- maple flakes to garnish
How To Make healthy mapple, almond and blueberry muffins

Step 1Preheat oven at 350C

Step 2In a small bowl, mix flax meal with water, and set aside for 10 minutes.

Step 3While the flax meal is thickening, add the almond flour, oats flour, vegan pro, baking soda and baking powder in a medium bowl. Mix well.

Step 4Add the almond butter, apple cider vinegar, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, and mix until homogenous.

Step 5Fold in the blueberry and pour into a muffin pan greased of line with muffin tray.

Step 6Sprinkles some maple flakes on top and bake for 25 minutes.
