1/3 coats flour

1 calmond flour

2 scoopmaple-vanilla vegan pro (raw nutritional)

2 Tbspflax meal

1 tspbaking powde

1 tspapple cider vinegar

1 tspbaking soda
-
2 Tbspalmond butter
-
1/2 ccoconut sugar
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
1 1/2 cblueberry
-
maple flakes to garnish
How To Make healthy mapple, almond and blueberry muffins

1Preheat oven at 350C

2In a small bowl, mix flax meal with water, and set aside for 10 minutes.

3While the flax meal is thickening, add the almond flour, oats flour, vegan pro, baking soda and baking powder in a medium bowl. Mix well.

4Add the almond butter, apple cider vinegar, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, and mix until homogenous.

5Fold in the blueberry and pour into a muffin pan greased of line with muffin tray.

6Sprinkles some maple flakes on top and bake for 25 minutes.
